Our professional cleaning consultants offer free in-home or on-site consultations to ensure our service delivery standards meet your needs and expectations. Do I have to have a regular maintenance contract?

While most of our customers prefer to use regular daily, weekly or monthly services, contracts are not a requirement for Flat Rate. We are happy to earn your confidence each time we visit you.

Flat Rate Cleaning also provides special 'one-off' detailed move-in, move-out and post construction/remodeling cleaning services.

Do you guarantee your services?

Absolutely! If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. It's that simple. If you ever encounter a problem or have any questions, our service representatives are just a phone call away. As soon as we have spoken to you, and assessed the situation, we will send a cleaning team to you, to correct the problem immediately.

Who do I call if there is a problem?

Do you provide references?

Can I trust Flat Rate Cleaning’s employees?

Yes. We carry out criminal background checks and carefully screen all of our employees. All Flat Rate Cleaning staff are also trained in the most up-to-date “green” cleaning techniques.

If we cannot trust someone to clean our own home or office, we will not send them to clean yours...

Is your business fully licensed, bonded and insured?

Flat Rate Cleaning is fully licensed to operate in the state of New York, and all of our employees are fully bonded and insured. Moreover, we carry liability insurance to protect you against any accidental damage to your home or property. In the event that something is damaged or broken, we ask that you inform us immediately, so we can take care of the problem.

Do you have a problem with pets?

We love animals and understand that pets are important members of your family. However, your pets may not be comfortable with our cleaning crew—or the vacuum cleaner—initially. This is why we will discuss what arrangements are best for you and your family, before we carry out a cleaning service.

Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

Our teams of cleaning service professionals will arrive with all the supplies and equipment needed to make your home sparkling clean and fresh, from top to bottom. And because Flat Rate Cleaning uses only Green Depot's “all-green” non-toxic products, you can be assured of a deep and thorough clean that is also safe for your family, pets and the wider environment.

Will I get the same maids each time?

We do everything possible to meet your specific preferences, even changing or rotating individual housekeepers to ensure you get the perfect team for your cleaning needs. Although people in every business sometimes get sick or go on vacation, our goal is to ensure that you always feel comfortable and completely satisfied with our housekeeping services.

Do I have to be at home?

That is completely up to you. Our goal is to meet your cleaning requirements in the most stress-free way possible. If you decide that you don't want to be at home, we will discuss arrangements for gaining entry to your home whilst you are away. Many clients prefer to give us a key, which is then given a code designation and secured when not in use. Others may wish to hide a key, in a safe place, for the housekeeping team to use on a one-time basis.
